Cultural Concept

Culture is an intangible act of life. It is something which comes as a  social responsibility, that is unavoidable, difficult to adapt though occupies a pivotal place in life. It is something that changes over the period of time reason being ‘change of place’, ‘marriage’, ‘financial & economical aspects’ and many more to it.
Definition: It is a human philosophy that varies from religion-to-religion, mindsets, places. Culture is a ‘Human Model’ categorised as ‘Subjective – Personal Entity’ & Civic – Public Entity’. However both the aspects are interfaced base on human approach towards life and the attitude with which the articles are delivered.
Subjective – Personal Entity: It represents the culture one is entact since childhood. Individual’s inherit/adapt  from ‘family’, ‘friends’, ‘surroundings’, ‘school / colleges’. Requires lot of courage to act acordingly and drive the inculcated values with the trust and sense of accountability.
Civic – Public Entity: It relates to the ‘Organizational Culture’ which is not actually different from that of ‘Subjective – Personal Entity’ but indeed here things need to be handle with extra care. Here the constituent part of culture holds the ‘Ownership’ for a task performed, ‘Blame Cycle’, ‘Conflict resolution,’ ‘Consensus building’. It is an ‘open system’ which welcomes pupil open to adaption & innovation.
Adapt culture:
This act of life as defined by people is never fixed and changes over the period of time. It becomes a challenge for those who are not flexible in nature still they have to accept for their survival in the society. As our society purely functions on cultural mechanism and I believe there is no wrong OR right in it. It is mere an another course of life which is essential but at times difficult to understand. Every individual has his / her own prospective towards life which they execute with a ‘Style of Pattern’, which becomes a ‘Culture.’ In a way, everyday you become a part of culture – practised by others or vise-versa.

Culture norms – in organization’s boosting employee’s knowledge / enhancing skills / focuses on the learning curve of employees, employee engagement – ‘no employee is ideal’, particular about ‘Éthics’being practised, transperancy between employee – employer. On the subjective line úpbringing of children, different systematic approach towards household chores, belief in celebrating festivals.
Culture is an erasable function with the new generation coming in action. Not a rocket science just a concept of human mind.
