Water - The most precious element on earth.
How many of us believe that drinking adequate amount of water daily is good for body ; skin ; hair? Is it only during the summer that body needs to be dehydrated and not in winter?
Adequate amount of water intake every day helps one to have a healthy life and body requires water in all the seasons. Increase in water intake reduces our hunger as well which helps in controlling the body weight ; clears all the germs which helps to keep the skin clean & clear; spotless.
I recommend to drink Luke warm water instead of regular water to keep the body metabolism up. Try and avoid drinking cold/ chilled water as it's not consider healthy and as the body get bloated as well.
