Green Peas an ideal food item during winters.
However we don’t consider it to be nutritious but we should. It contains moderate
amount of Vitamins, Iron, copper and many more nutrient factor. Here we bring
you the simple though tasty recipe of Matar Parantha, an ideal food item for Sunday
brunch.
Ingredients:
Green Peas – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Grounded Garam masala – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chili Pepper – 1 medium size
Olive Oil – 1 Teaspoon
Method:
Step

Heat the griddle (preferably
nonstick) for a minute than slow the gas stove flame and add olive oil and heat
it till gets warm.
Step

Saute
green chili pepper till the color changes than add peas
Step

Stir
the peas for 5 minutes than add salt and garam masala. Peas to be cooked on
medium flame till become soft.
Step

Grind the mixture

Roll out a small dough and stuff the mixture
as required.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
5 (medium size)
Olive
oil 1 teaspoon
Sugar
as per taste
Fennel
Seeds 1 teaspoon
Green
Chili Pepper 1
Bay
Leaf 1
Method:
Step

Cut
the tomatoes into pieces.
Step

Heat the griddle (preferably
nonstick) for a minute than slow the gas stove flame and add olive oil and heat
it till gets warm.

Saute
the bay leaf; green chili pepper; fennel seeds (Cumin seeds can be used instead
of fennel seeds) till the color changes.
Step

Add
tomatoes and let it cook till it starts releasing water than add sugar to taste.
