Ingredients:
Mushrooms 250gm
Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Black salt as per
taste
A pinch of grounded
Garam Masala & Black pepper (Optional)
Cooking
Time: 10 minutes
Method:
- Boil the chopped mushroom
- Drain the water
- Heat the non-stick pan then place an olive oil
- Add the boiled mushrooms and fry it till it’s color gets changed
- Once fried sprinkle the salt & spices as per taste
