Mushroom – An Evening Fillers

Mushrooms are one of the antioxidants and have beneficial dietary fibers, due to which it helps in preventing the chronic diseases. It is a nutritious food and contains zero fat, proteins, vitamin D, iron; less in calories. An ideal diet for people who entail to reduce weight.

We bring you a simple & light recipe, which could be included in your diet as an evening filler for adults & children.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms 250gm

Olive Oil 1 teaspoon

Black salt as per taste

A pinch of grounded Garam Masala & Black pepper (Optional)

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Method:

  1. Boil the chopped mushroom
  2. Drain the water
  3. Heat the non-stick pan then place an olive oil
  4. Add the boiled mushrooms and fry it till it’s color gets changed
  5. Once fried sprinkle the salt & spices as per taste
